About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Manager – Finance & Revenue Operations to join our Finance team.
Reporting to the CFO, this role will serve as the financial backbone of our Sales, Delivery, and AWS Partner Operations functions. The individual will own revenue accounting, invoicing, AWS funding claims, budgeting, financial controls, receivables management, forecasting, and compliance activities while ensuring accurate reporting and financial governance across the organization.
This is a high-ownership role that requires a qualified Chartered Accountant who can combine strong accounting fundamentals with business partnering, analytical thinking, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Accounting & Reporting

  • Maintain and reconcile revenue and pipeline data from HubSpot CRM, ensuring consistency with accounting records.
  • Validate opportunity, revenue, and invoicing data received from Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Track revenue realization against forecast and highlight risks, delays, or variances.
  • Develop and maintain management MIS and business performance reports.
  • Ensure data integrity across CRM, finance systems, and reporting platforms.

AWS Funding & Partner Finance Operations

  • Manage AWS funding opportunities through:
    • AWS ACE Portal
    • APN Portal
    • AWS Funding Programs (MAP, POC, WAFR, etc.)
  • Create, submit, track, and reconcile AWS funding requests.
  • Upload invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation for funding claims.
  • Coordinate with AWS stakeholders to resolve claim discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Track funding realization and ensure timely collections.
  • Present funding status, forecasts, and realizations during cadence meetings with AWS account teams.
  • Maintain complete audit trails and documentation for AWS partner funding programs.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

  • Prepare annual operating plans, departmental budgets, and periodic forecasts.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and identify variances.
  • Conduct revenue, margin, cost, and funding analysis.
  • Track departmental spending and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Build financial models, budget dashboards, and forecasting tools.
  • Support leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in monthly business reviews and planning discussions.

Sales Finance & Revenue Operations

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to support revenue planning and forecasting.
  • Validate pipeline assumptions and revenue projections.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and identify forecast risks.
  • Track revenue conversion across:
    • Opportunities
    • Proposals
    • Closed-Won Deals
    • Billing
    • Collections
  • Support quarterly business reviews and sales performance reviews with actionable insights.
  • Drive process improvements across CRM-to-Invoice-to-Cash workflows.

Invoicing & Receivables Management

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and tax regulations.
  • Manage monthly billing cycles and invoicing schedules.
  • Track collections and accounts receivable ageing.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve invoicing disputes.
  • Issue and manage credit notes where required.
  • Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and collection efficiency.
  • Ensure timely realization of customer payments and AWS funding receivables.

Compliance, Controls & Audit Support

  • Support compliance activities including:
    • GST
    • TDS
    • Statutory Reporting
    • Internal Financial Controls
  • Maintain accurate financial records and audit-ready documentation.
  • Support statutory, internal, and partner audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial governance standards.
  • Establish controls around revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and funding processes.
  • Continuously improve financial processes through automation and standardization.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering

  • Work closely with:
    • Sales Teams
    • Delivery Teams
    • AWS Partner Teams
    • Operations Teams
    • Leadership Teams
  • Conduct periodic financial review meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Provide financial guidance to business stakeholders.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions on financial processes, controls, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Finance, or Financial Control roles.

  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, and accounting systems.

  • Experience working in AWS Partner, Cloud Consulting, SaaS, Technology Services, or Managed Services organizations.
