About The Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including end-user devices, office networking, and multi-site connectivity. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting expertise, strategic guidance on IT procurement, and the ability to ensure seamless integration across multiple office locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing IT systems while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to support day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & Laptop Support

  • Diagnose and resolve operating system issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Perform OS installations, upgrades, patch management, and driver troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues including boot failures, blue screens, peripheral connectivity, and performance degradation.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, endpoint security, antivirus solutions, encryption, and firewall configurations.
  • Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal downtime for business operations.

Network Administration

  • Troubleshoot and maintain office LAN/WLAN infrastructure including switches, routers, access points, and cabling.
  • Resolve connectivity issues related to DNS, DHCP, IP conflicts, VPN access, and internet performance.
  • Monitor network performance and implement corrective measures for outages and bottlenecks.
  • Configure and manage firewall rules, VLANs, and network access controls.
  • Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network troubleshooting and upgrades.

IT Procurement & Upgrades

  • Assess current IT infrastructure and recommend hardware/software upgrades aligned with business needs and budgets.
  • Provide recommendations for laptops, desktops, networking devices, and peripherals.
  • Evaluate vendors, compare technical specifications, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Manage software license renewals and hardware refresh cycles.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and procurement records.

Multi-Office Integration

  • Design and implement connectivity solutions between multiple office locations using site-to-site VPN, SD-WAN, or MPLS.
  • Ensure consistent IT policies, security standards, and user experience across all offices.
  • Set up and maintain shared resources such as file servers, printers, and collaboration tools.
  • Support office expansion projects and infrastructure setup activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, desktop support, or network support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Practical experience with networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
  • Familiarity with IT procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with multi-site network integration and remote connectivity solutions.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft 365 Certified.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or AWS.
  • Experience with IT asset management, budgeting, and compliance tracking.
  • Exposure to IT security best practices and infrastructure monitoring tools.
