About The Role:
We are looking for Data Science Interns who are eager to explore data analysis, machine learning, and applied AI/GenAI. You will work alongside senior engineers on real-world projects, focusing on making sense of data through insights, models, and intelligent systems.
This internship will also expose you to Prompt Engineering — shaping how LLMs (Large Language Models) respond to business problems — preparing you for the next wave of AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate insights.
Support development and testing of machine learning models for prediction, classification, or NLP tasks.
Contribute to data visualization and reporting for customer-facing dashboards.
Experiment with Generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs, applying prompt engineering to improve responses.
Document experiments, results, and workflows for reproducibility.
Collaborate with senior engineers, solution architects, and product teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Pursuing B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Proficiency in Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation.
Familiarity with SQL and data handling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills for presenting findings clearly.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Exposure to AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend).
Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Knowledge of Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
Participation in Kaggle competitions, hackathons, or research projects.
Skills in data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, PowerBI, Tableau).
Interest in Prompt Engineering — designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs.
