About The Role:
We’re growing fast and looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to build our entire GTM engine from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who can balance strategy with execution, bring clarity to chaos, and turn marketing into a predictable pipeline machine. You’ll shape our brand, own demand generation, scale a high-performance team, and work closely with Sales to accelerate revenue across our Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and GenAI service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale a full-funnel marketing function across digital, content, ABM, events, and partner marketing.
- Own monthly and quarterly pipeline-generation targets with clear attribution and reporting.
- Develop positioning and messaging for all service offerings (Cloud, DevOps, Migration,Modernization, GenAI).
- Lead campaign strategy—planning, execution, optimization, and measurement.
- Manage and integrate performance marketing and SEO agencies into the GTM plan.
- Build and refine marketing ops: analytics, dashboards, automation, lead routing, and attribution.
- Partner tightly with Sales leadership to improve MQL → SQL → Opportunity flow.
- Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
- Ensure brand consistency across content, website, events, and outbound programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in cloud/DevOps/IT services.
- Proven track record of building demand-generation engines that produce predictable pipelines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, ABM, content, events, and partner-led GTM.
- Experience managing agencies, marketing ops tools, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards, analytics, and funnel reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Hands-on, scrappy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
- Ability to work from the Pune/Bangalore office 5 days a week.
