About the Role
We are looking for Data Scientists (0–2 years experience) who are eager to explore data analysis, machine learning, and applied AI/GenAI. You will work alongside senior engineers on real-world projects, focusing on deriving insights from data using models and intelligent systems.
This role will also expose you to Prompt Engineering — shaping how LLMs (Large Language Models) respond to business problems — preparing you for the next wave of AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate insights
- Support development and testing of machine learning models for prediction, classification, or NLP tasks
- Contribute to data visualization and reporting for customer-facing dashboards
- Experiment with Generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs, applying prompt engineering techniques
- Document experiments, results, and workflows for reproducibility
- Collaborate with senior engineers, solution architects, and product teams
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Tech/M.Tech) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships, projects, or academic work)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with SQL and data handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to present findings clearly
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Exposure to AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs)
- Participation in Kaggle competitions, hackathons, or research projects
- Skills in data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau)
- Interest in Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization
