About the Role

We are looking for a visionary, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused Head – Data Analytics & AI to establish, scale, and lead Comprinno's Data Analytics & AI function.
Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will be responsible for defining the strategy, building the team, developing service offerings, driving innovation, ensuring delivery excellence, and shaping Comprinno's long-term Data & AI vision.
This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the Data & AI organization, including Data Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, MLOps, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities. The role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Cloud Engineering, and Customer Success teams to build a strong market presence and accelerate business growth.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and consulting experience and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering impactful data-driven solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Practice Leadership

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for Comprinno's Data Analytics & AI function.
  • Build a scalable and differentiated Data & AI capability aligned with market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Identify emerging technology trends and align investments with business priorities.
  • Develop annual practice plans, capability roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish operating mechanisms, KPIs, and success metrics for the function.
  • Shape Comprinno's Data & AI thought leadership and market positioning.

Service Portfolio & Offerings Development

  • Develop and evolve service offerings across:
    • Data Engineering
    • Data Platforms & Modernization
    • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

    • MLOps

    • Data Governance
  • Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, templates, and reference architectures.

Customer Advisory & Solution Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, business leaders, and technology teams.
  • Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and solution design engagements.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable Data & AI solutions.
  • Present solution recommendations, roadmaps, and transformation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Support strategic pursuits, proposal development, solution reviews, and technical validations.
  • Ensure successful delivery of high-impact customer engagements.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of:

  • Monitor delivery health, customer satisfaction, utilization, and project outcomes.
  • Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across the function.

Technology Leadership & Innovation

  • Provide technical leadership across:
    • Data Engineering
    • Analytics

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Lead innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and applied research activities.

Partner Ecosystem & AWS Alignment

  • Build strong relationships with AWS and strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Align the Data & AI function with AWS programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with AWS teams to identify joint opportunities and innovation programs.
  • Represent Comprinno at AWS events, executive briefings, partner forums, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Strengthen Comprinno's positioning within the AWS Data & AI ecosystem.

Business Growth & Market Development

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to drive pipeline creation and business growth.
  • Support enterprise account planning and expansion strategies.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through solutioning, customer engagement, and practice development.
  • Assist in pricing strategies, service packaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build market awareness and thought leadership around Comprinno's Data & AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 10–15 years of experience across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud Data Platforms, or Data Consulting.
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing teams, functions, or practices.
  • Proven experience building and scaling Data, Analytics, AI, or ML capabilities within consulting, technology, or services organizations.
